Description
I am offering a brand-new boxed Velux EDW PK04 2000 Pro+ Standard Tile Flashing Kit (94cm x 98cm) for Velux Roof Windows.
We bought it from Roofing Superstore for £126. Upon opening the box we realized we had bought the wrong size by mistake, ie the box was opened but the flashing is unused.
The flashing kit is designed to ensure that the roof window is properly installed and well-protected against the elements - it includes three components:
EDW: the main flashing kit designed for tile roofs with tiles up to 120mm in profile - it ensures a weather-tight seal around the roof window
BDX: an insulation collar that improves the energy efficiency of your roof window by reducing heat loss and eliminating cold bridges
BFX: an underfelt collar that provides an additional layer of protection against water infiltration.
The size of the box is 159cm x 62cm x 12cm and weighs 10.5kg.
Collection is from London Bayswater W2—please make sure that you are able to collect a box of this size and weight. Delivery to locations in the Greater London area is an option.
