I can honestly say this is the best company I have dealt with. Quick response for repair/renew ing of my conservatory roof damaged in a storm. Details of work process was clear and precise. Started work very quickly with good notice. Contents of conservatory packed and stored safely and safetlly. The 2 young men worked efficiently and nonstop. Contents of conservory were put back carefully. The finished roof was brilliant and I extremely please. Would recommend with pleasure.

Martin was thorough and did a very good job. Nothing was too much trouble a clean and considerate workman even put my conservatory blinds back up for me which he was not committed to do. I am happy to let anyone to see his work if they want reassurance of finished product.

I was introduced to Martin the owner of GWRI through Guardian Roofs head office after very nearly being duped by another company who we believe had quoted us for a Guardian Roof but after some red flags we realised this cheaper quote was for a wrap over roof & not a genuine Guardian roof. I can not recommend Martin at GWRI highly enough, he was extremely professional, knowledgable & friendly. The initial quote was comprehensive with a complete breakdown of costs with many options for different windows, blinds, tiling, so we could tailor make our room to what we wanted & it was reassuring to know exactly what we were paying for. At the time we needed to get our finances sorted, so there was a few weeks before we placed the order, there was no hard sell by Martin. When we did finally give GWRI the go ahead, the service & communication we received was second to none. All the tradesmen Martin uses are top professionals who were respectful, friendly & most importantly did a top notch job. Our intentions on having the roof changed was to remove the internal doors from our house to the conservatory to make it open plan, (this work was also completed by GWRI). Prior to the work I was always slightly worried that it may make our house cold. These concerns were quickly put to rest, the roof has made an unbelievable difference, not cold at all & the work was done early January in some of the coldest temperatures!!! We can now finally make full use of this room after 10 years & we’ve had lots of compliments from our neighbours on how amazing it looks. I can’t recommend Martin at GWRI highly enough! First class product, first class service! You get what you pay for & worth every penny!!!
