My fitters were amazing. Negotiated on price, very pleased with the finished product. Only pain point was they moved the booking at the last minute and the person on the phone was pretty rude when I expressed my disappointment!

Agreed appointment, they called me to change it to zoom call, never found the link, called back, they had no idea, suggested to look at junk email, next day called me back claiming I have an appointment today! So unprofessional is unbelievable.

Poor and terrible customer service. A lot lies were told. Things that needed to be mentioned were not shared by the marketing and sale person. Work was not completed until I had to start chasing them but they wanted their money immediately. Will not recommend Britelite to anyone.

The installers did a good job, very professional and clean up when they finished. They also protect the area by covering the furniture and the floor.
