NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY Absolutely ridiculous! I start thinking they are a scam company. Booked the 1st appointment no-one show up and they apologised and asked to book another one. Guess what ?? No one showed up for the second time - no message nothing while we took time off for the appointment. TERRIBLE SERVICE so unprofessional EDIT AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE There was zero communication never mind prompt communication. You came back to us only after we chased multiple times and it was hours after the appointment time. Simple communication is all it takes and regardless of your lack of professional responsibility for the appointment as you call it, letting us know this and not leaving us waiting for hours after taking time off work is a very basic standard of good business.
