Description
STAUB cast iron gratin dish - 18cm diameter, 3cm depth, handle to handle 24.5cm. Lovely deep cherry & burnt orange graduated enamel, and tough matte black enamel interior. Exceptional condition. Very faint wear underneath each handle (storage marks?), too faint to photograph. Tiny chip in exterior enamel on rim (see last photo). Perfect for toasting spices, warming soups, grilling, oven bakes and gratin dishes. Suitable for any heat source (especially induction). Oven and freezer friendly.
