Description
The Talent & Learning Analyst will play a key role in supporting the People department in a global organisation, focusing on managing the data surrounding talent development initiatives. This permanent role is based in Bicester and offers hybrid working.

Description
The Talent & Learning Analyst will:
Work closely with the Talent team to roll out initiatives, streamline process and offer insight for improvement
Take ownership of global onboarding from a back end perspective- e.g. managing the data, coordinating with Business Partnering teams across countries
Maintain and cleanse Talent data to ensure accuracy of reporting
Work with Senior members of the team on succession and workforce planning projects
Coordination of Senior Leadership training, including all follow up and employee engagement dataProfile
The successful candidate will need to develop and manage dashboards for the People team, providing insights that inform broader business strategy - this should be clearly reflected in your background. Advanced Excel skills are a must, particularly with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and similar functions.
Job Offer
A salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per anum, private medical, dental, enhanced pensions, 33 days holiday and much more. This business are also very big on internal progression, so this role would suit someone ambitious, looking to develop their career
