Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Supervisor in Swindon to join a customer-focused, trend-led fashion brand. This is a great opportunity for a current Supervisor, or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to take the next step in their retail career.

As a Retail Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Store Manager in all day-to-day retail operations

Leading the retail team by example to deliver excellent customer service

Driving performance to meet sales and KPI targets

Managing team motivation, development, and training

Helping with stock management and visual merchandising standards

Creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues

We're looking for a Supervisor who:

Has experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant or Team Leader in a busy retail setting

Is confident, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

Has a proven track record of delivering strong results and leading a team

Is passionate about service, product and store standards
