About the Role -

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance. You'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the store is commercially and operationally strong at all times.

Key Responsibilities -

Leading by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Managing day-to-day store operations, including cash handling and stock management

Motivating, coaching, and developing your team to meet targets and KPIs

Maintaining high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Driving customer loyalty and engagement through promotional activity and in-store events

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in retail management
