What you'll be doing:

Leading a passionate retail team in a fast-paced environment

Driving sales, hitting targets, and maximising store performance

Delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge

Coaching and developing your team to be their best

Managing day-to-day operations, stock control and visual merchandising

Representing the brand with energy, pride and positivity

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Shop Manager

Confident leader with strong people management skills

Results-driven with a commercial mindset

Organised, motivated and great under pressure

Genuine interest in running, cycling, fitness or outdoor sports

Flexible with working hours, including weekends
