Description
Bristal Investments Limited t/a Costa Coffee currently have a new and exciting opportunity and are seeking a Full-Time, Costa Trained, Store Manager. This is a mobile position to support Costa Coffee stores in the Abingdon area.
We are a dynamic and progressive company offering a professional yet fun working environment.
Leading from the front, supporting the Store/Assistant Managers and their teams with food and beverage preparation, stock control, ensuring store cleanliness, and serving our valued customers.
The Store Manager will inspire and motivate the team, to deliver fantastic results, excellent standards and amazing products.
The right candidate must have the relevant managerial experience along with a flexible, positive approach and first-class customer service skills. Use of a vehicle essential due to the nature of this role.
Hours of work vary but working pattern is 5 days out of 7, averaging between 44-48 hours per week.
Salary dependent on experience. This role is also eligible for our bonus scheme based on monthly sales targets, NPS and Costa checks with the potential to earn an additional GBP3,000 per annum.
