Day-to-day of the role:

Welcoming customers and assisting them in finding the right products to suit their needsDemonstrating products and other equipment confidently and safelyUsing internal systems to manage stock, enquiries, and orders-strong computer skills are essentialAnswering telephone and showroom enquiries in a warm, professional mannerReceiving and replenishing stockStaying up-to-date with the latest product rangesSupporting the team with general showroom duties. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Friendly, reliable, and customer-first attitudeConfident communicator who listens well and understands customer needsOrganised, detail-focused, and eager to learn new systems and productsComfortable using computers for customer records, emails, and stock systemsRetail experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are more important.
