Sales Administrator

Hybrid (3 days in the office near to Market Harborough)

Salary up to £30,000 DOE

I’m delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic wholesale business in the interior design sector who are looking to add a talented Sales Administrator to their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-moving environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

About the Role

As Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment. You’ll be working closely with the sales team and customers, managing a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

* Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems

* Managing queries regarding stock and deliveries

* Supporting the sales and merchandising team with quotes, proposals, and customer communication

* Assisting with compliance checks and documentation in preparation for shipments

* Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency

* Updating and maintaining CRM records and sales documentation

About You:

This role would suit an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll need to be:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Confident in prioritising tasks and adapting to changing demands

* IT proficient (comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems)

* A strong communicator who can build rapport with both colleagues and customers
