Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in a bustling retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Utilise excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
- Utilise time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently
Skills
- Fluency in English is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to sell products persuasively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers' needs
