We are recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer of premium home furniture and d??cor who is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join their growing team.

Retail Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice to help customers find the perfect productsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat businessGenerate new sales through proactive engagement and product recommendationsAchieve and exceed personal and team sales targetsKeep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to become a trusted advisorCollaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth store operations and a great customer experienceMaintain accurate sales records and customer information Retail Sales Advisor Requirements:

Experience in sales, ideally in furniture or home d??cor retail, is an advantage but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong team player with a customer-first attitudeSelf-motivated and target-driven with a passion for salesAbility to build rapport and long-term relationships with customersEagerness to learn and develop within a growing business As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic wage and uncapped commission - offering realistic OTE earnings of GBP40,000 to GBP50,000. You will be working most weekends with 1 weekend in 6 weeks off, however weekends is where you earn most of your commission.
