Purchasing Administrator

Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

Permanent opportunity in Wrexham

Hours: M-F 8.30am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

The Role:

Our client is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team! If you have a positive attitude, confident communication skills, and a passion for customer relations, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Administrator:

Creation and updating of Purchase Orders

Expediting outstanding orders with suppliers and updating ETAs

Building and maintaining supplier relationships

Dealing with general queries on product and pricing

Assisting the Purchasing Manager with projects

Assisting with logistics operations

Processing and matching purchase invoices

General administrative support to other departments as and when required

The Candidate:

The successful Purchasing Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships

Knowledge of export procedures would be beneficial but full training is provided

Experience using an ERP system would be useful

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy required
