About the Part–Time Cycle Technician Role:

As a Cycle Technician, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard. You'll be based in–store in a customer–focused workshop and help support the wider cycling community through sustainable, affordable repair solutions.

This is a hands–on, workshop–based role in a fast–paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Bike servicing, repairs and safety checksDiagnosing faults and recommending solutionsBuilding bikes and fitting parts/accessoriesSupporting product recycling and reuse initiativesProviding in–store technical advice to customersKeeping workshop systems, tools, and stock well organisedLearning and developing new technical skills

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Bike Mechanic or Cycle Technician in retail or workshop settingsHas a strong interest in cycling, bikes, or sportHolds or is working toward Cytech Level 2 (not essential)Is confident talking to customers and solving problemsEnjoys working as part of a team and sharing knowledgeValues sustainability, repair and reuse in the cycling worldIs comfortable using IT systems to manage workshop tasksIf you're a skilled technician looking for a part–time opportunity with flexibility, great benefits and a great team – APPLY NOW and take your next step in the cycling industry.
