Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Salary: 30,000 – 36,000 OTE

Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday (5–day week)

Overview

We are working on behalf of a leading motorcycle dealership seeking an enthusiastic and customer–focused Aftersales Advisor to join their busy team. Representing a range of high–performance motorcycle brands, the business prides itself on delivering first–class service to a loyal customer base of riders and enthusiasts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles and experience in aftersales or service advising who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast–paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage the daily workshop schedule to ensure optimum productivity

Process warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes

Handle customer communication and follow–ups throughout the service process

Maximise upselling opportunities for service work, accessories, and parts

Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction in line with brand expectations

Provide a friendly and professional front–of–house experience for all visitors

Ideal Candidate

1–2 years' experience in an aftersales or service advisor role (motorcycle or automotive)

A motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident multitasker with great time management

Self–motivated and able to work independently

A positive, team–oriented attitude

Working Hours

Summer (1st April – 30th September):

Tuesday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00

Saturday: 08:30 – 18:00

Winter (1st October – 31st March):

Tuesday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

Saturday: 08:30 – 16:30
