We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded electrical supplier that manufactures and distributes a broad range of facilities-related products. Their core customer base includes major retail groups and businesses within the general construction sector. Known for their dependable service and capacity to handle high-volume orders, they provide tailored distribution solutions that meet the operational demands of both commercial and industrial clients.

Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales pipeline.

Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure effective communication with prospects.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead data.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the retail industry.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet targets.

Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Work closely with other departments to align on business objectives.Profile

A successful Lead Generation specialist should have:

Proven experience in lead generation or a related role, ideally in the retail industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.

A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.

Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment in Manchester.Job Offer
