Garment Technologist - Womenswear/Girlswear - Gen Z | Manchester | Fashion | Salary up to £33,000 + Benefits
As a Garment Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and production efficiency. You will collaborate closely with our design, production, and buying teams to turn creative concepts into commercial garments that meet customer expectations and are ready for large-scale manufacturing.

Company events Key Responsibilities
Review and approve technical specifications, size charts, and construction details.
Conduct fit sessions, evaluate samples, and provide clear feedback to suppliers.
Ensure garments meet quality, performance, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with factories and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Monitor production samples for consistency and adherence to approved standards.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and records for all products.
Support continuous improvement in garment quality and production efficiency.Skills & Experience
Degree in Fashion Technology, Clothing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a garment technologist or technical role within the fashion industry, preferably womenswear.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in fit assessment and technical pattern evaluation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using tech packs, CAD software, and MS Office.
