Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm

Salary: £30,000

We're working with a highly successful and expanding organisation that's making significant waves in their sector. They're on the hunt for a Digital Merchandiser to join their dynamic team, a role where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping their online presence and directly influencing their clients growth.

Key responsibilities for a Digital Merchandiser include:

* Own the digital product catalogue: Take full ownership of the online product presentation, ensuring all information, from imagery to descriptions, is accurate and compelling to the customer.

* Drive visual excellence: Enhance product imagery and collaborate with the content editor to create dynamic and engaging product content that captivates client online audiences.

* Maintain quality standards: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure a flawless digital display of products, taking proactive steps to identify and resolve any issues.

* Leverage data for strategic growth: Utilise web reporting tools, such as GA4, to analyse site performance and customer behaviour, providing data-driven recommendations for optimising content and user experience.

* Enhance the customer journey: Optimise the online shopping experience by strategically managing filters, product rankings, and search results to ensure customers can find what they need with ease.

* Implement promotional strategies: Execute the product strategy plan by ensuring priority products are promoted effectively across the website, aligning with overall business objectives.

* Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends and implement innovative solutions that maintain competitive edge and attract new customers.

* Influence category strategy: Work closely with suppliers to align digital merchandising efforts with the overarching category strategy, ensuring a cohesive and profitable approach.

What we're looking for:

* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a sharp eye for detail.

* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

* A confident copywriter with experience creating content for SEO.

* Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) would be a bonus!

This is an ideal role for someone who is keen to learn and grow within the digital space. If you are a proactive and collaborative individual with a passion for online retail, we want to hear from you.

Our client has some great benefits, some of which include:

* Hybrid working model.

* Opportunities for career progression.

* Become part of a happy and dynamic team.

* 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

* Salary sacrifices schemes for cycles and electric vehicles.

* Free on-site parking.

* Healthcare cash plan upon joining.

* Free will-writing service
