About the Role:

As a Buyers Admin Assistant, you'll play a key support role within the Buying team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll assist with product administration, supplier communication, and trend analysis - all while gaining firsthand experience in one of the most fast-paced industries out there.

Responsibilities:

Support the Buyers with product setup and data entry

Manage and maintain accurate product and pricing information

Liaise with suppliers to track samples and deliveries

Prepare sales and stock reports for weekly trade meetings

Conduct market and competitor research

Support with planning seasonal ranges and trend boards

Assist in administrative tasks such as purchase order processing

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (Fashion, Business, Marketing, or similar fields preferred)

Passionate about the fashion industry and emerging trends

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong Excel and data entry skills
