What You'll Be Doing

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations including stock control, compliance, and banking.Lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Take responsibility for visual merchandising, seasonal campaigns, and driving commercial results.Step into leadership when required, confidently managing the store in the Manager's absence.Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and other key stakeholders to bring innovation and best practices to life.
