Management work 37 hours on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday and Saturday off or a Saturday and Sunday off. Thursday evenings are alternated.

What are we looking for?

A current assistant store manager or experienced supervisor with retail, or similar management/supervisory experience, to join our team at Bristol.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A passion to develop and succeed.Stock management, including hands on replenishment, stock counts and booking in experience.Supervisory skills and/or previous management experience of a small team.An interest & desire to learn about new hair, nail & beauty products.On a day to day basis, you will assist the manager in all aspects of their role; this includes covering the store in their absence, providing support in the supervision of 6 key staff within the team, adding a valuable contribution towards achieving sales & profit targets & delivering on the Company vision "every customer will recommend us".
