Your Role as Assistant Manager:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be a key player in driving turnover, improving KPIs, and managing a high-energy team. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and keeping costs and shrinkage in check.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily retail operations across your department.

Step in as Duty Manager during Store Manager absence.

Deliver on KPIs including sales, shrinkage, and staffing.

Motivate your team to consistently provide top-tier service.

Ensure store standards, compliance, and presentation are always met.

Maintain a strong focus on stock control and H&S policies.

Use store data to make informed, commercial decisions.

Experienced in a fast-paced retail leadership role.

A strong communicator with excellent planning skills.
