Location: Aberdare, South Wales, UK
Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 depending on the experience
Hours: Full-time
About the Role:
We are a growing food business in South Wales, currently operating a popular food business and expanding into catering services. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our brand development, customer engagement, and promotional strategies, driving our business forward in both the restaurant and catering markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and upcoming catering services.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, online ordering platforms, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
• Plan promotional campaigns, loyalty schemes, and community engagement activities.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and reporting on campaign performance.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, event organisers, and media outlets.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven marketing experience in the food, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
