2008 Renault Megane Coupe Cabriolet 1.9 Diesel 4 Seat Convertible
52,100 Mileage, 3 owners from new
2 x Ignition Key Cards.
Convertible Roof in full working order.
Interior in good condition for age.
Alloy Wheels, locking nuts and Key.
Rear Brakes and disks done within last 3.5k miles,
front pads have approx. 7mm on them.
Rear Tires have 4mm tread, front 2.5mm.
New battery within the last 500 miles.
Car has mostly only been driven a few times a month for the last 3 years, 6 months of that it was off the road(battery went flat).
Only on 52,100 miles since new...... 17 years ago.

Bad points -
The car would probably need the Cam belt doing reasonably soon despite the low mileage
(last belt change at 31,000 miles), as it has not been done in the last 7 years to my knowledge. This seems to be the case with many cars on gum tree. but you have to ask to find out.
There is a service light and message "check injectors" , the code that comes up is for the glow plug circuit, which is pending, - code P0380.
This is from the glow plugs, relays, timer or worst ways an issue with the ecu.
The car starts and runs fine, indicating its likely to be a glow plug.
The reason it has been largely unused (we were lent it by the mother in law) is that i am too tall to drive it comfortably.
If You are 6"3 or taller, I would recommend You find a different car.
Tall people also turn it into a 3 seat car......
