I can't fault Buy and Bid Clearances. They had a very competitive quote and could have the work completed within the next 3 weeks. More than this, they recycle, reuse and donate whenever sensible, keeping costs down and avoiding waste, and were very sensitive towards my sister, who has struggled greatly with the loss of our mother. Their ethos is fantastic, their sensitivity was really needed, and they've done a great job. Excellent communication, including photos to keep us updated on progress, and they left the house neat and tidy. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially for house clearance after a bereavement. First class service from beginning to end. Nicci contacted us after we searched for a house clearance team on bark. My sister had recently passed away and living at the other end of the country we perceived difficulties in clearing her house especially as there was so much in there. Nicci was very sympathetic in the phone and we arranged for her to visit the property the next day. She shuffled a few appointments to accommodate this as we were due to leave later that day and we are very grateful for this. Nicci explained clearly what they did and gave us a very reasonable quote. She explained that several of the items could be donated to a local dog charity which my sister would have been thrilled about. Needless to say it was a big job and Nicci kept us informed all the way. I even asked if she could return a home help communications box and she was very happy to do so. Nicci sent us photos of the completed job and we we amazed at such a fantastic job. I do not hesitate in recommending her and her team. We would have been lost without her and she made a difficult time all that more easy. Thanks Nicci.
