For individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for deeper change my approach combines grounded guidance with intuitive tools—gently supporting you to move forward, release old patterns, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Whether you’re navigating a crossroads, seeking emotional healing, or simply feeling like “there must be more to life,” you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

You’re invited to begin with a free 30-minute consultation, offered on a donation basis. This relaxed conversation gives you space to share where you’re at, and helps us see whether we’re the right fit.

I also run a programme called Awakening the Soul, offered on a donation basis. It is designed to support deep personal transformation through group coaching, live energy sessions, and one-to-one guidance.
