The Tycho Retreat was formed to support people to reach their highest potential.

I offer Shamanic healing, Reiki and Crystal Reiki healing, mental health education programmes and primary academic tuition to support mental health and wellbeing. Through this work I help people to overcome the barriers that may be holding them back in their life or learning.

Through my spiritual and emotional support, I will help individuals to heal and teach the skills needed to transform stresses into strengths.

Some of the services that I offer are:

Shamanic Healing -
I offer a range of Shamanic healing sessions which are tailored to the needs of each client.
* Power Retrieval: The retrieval of lost power through personal experience or trauma.
* Extraction: The removal of an energy attachment.
* Soul Retrieval: The retrieval of lost/fractured soul pieces following a traumatic or difficult experience.
* Possession Removal: The removal of possessive spirit or energy attachments.
To determine the needs of the client I would require a conversation with them prior to the session, and would also connect with the spirit team to find out more information.

Reiki and Crystal Reiki Healing at master/teacher degree -
Through hands-on, distance or remote Reiki healing techniques, I aim to restore the flow of energy in the body.
Reiki healing may help heal physical and emotional problems, including stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and pain.
While I am completing the Reiki treatment I can receive spiritual messages to support my clients in their healing process- this is the client's choice though.

Reiki and Crystal Reiki professional training -
I offer Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki training to all levels. Contact me directly using details on my website and on here.

Mindful Mental Health training -
Through talking support and mindful techniques I will support you to find ways to manage stress & anxiety.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques -
I have an understanding of the techniques of CBT and can help you to find techniques that will help you to overcome difficulties that you may be facing.

Primary Academic Tuition -
I offer primary academic tuition and have experience of teaching all of the curriculum subjects. I understand the strains that the education system puts on our children and can help your child to overcome any barriers that they are facing. My tutoring sessions are Monday - Wednesday.

I provide a safe space for people to share worries and their healing needs, and will provide the tools to build self-confidence and resilience.
