Particular focus is given to reducing social isolation and loneliness. So a simple call, for a chat outside of your personal care hours, or one of our lovely managers dropping in for a chat and cup of tea regularly, to ensure you are happy with everything can be the difference. Simple acts of caring can make someone's day and our professions care team will go the extra mile in making sure they deliver on this.
