We are seeking ambitious and customer–orientated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, focusing on Account Management specialising in the delivery of first–class recruitment services to our customers.

About the role:

24,000– 26,000 per annum + quarterly bonus 1500! (OTE: 30,000– 32,000)35 Hours per week! 07:15 – 16:15 during term–time. Flexible working pattern (4 hours per day) on a shift basis between 09:00–17:00 during school holidays.NO COLD–CALLINGWorking across large–scale accounts providing exceptional customer service and developing long–lasting relationships with our customers.Previous experience in Recruitment is not essential as we provide Industry–leading training and development as part of this role.Clear and defined career pathways for progression, with the opportunity to be promoted every 6 months!Fantastic work–life balance!What you will need to succeed:
