Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Reward Manager to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the global reward strategySupport the development and implementation of global benefits programmesContribute to annual reward cycles including pay and bonus reviewsLead Gender Pay Gap analysis and reportingProvide strategic insights and data analysis to inform key business decisionsManage global compensation and benefits surveys and reportingHandle queries from global offices and internal stakeholdersOversee administration and invoicing for reward-related services and external providersSupport ad hoc HR and reward-related projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or rewards (as a full role or part of a broader HR position)A strong interest in building a career in the Rewards & Benefits spaceExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsAbility to work calmly and proactively under pressureConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsComfortable presenting to both individuals and groupsProficient in data platforms with advanced Excel skillsThis is a fantastic stepping stone for someone looking to deepen their expertise in a high-impact HR specialism within a truly global business.
