We are a leading education recruitment agency looking to expand our SEN division with an experienced Recruitment Consultant based across our Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team committed to making a difference in education.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you ll be responsible for:

Managing and growing a warm SEN client base across Greater Manchester and MerseysideBuilding strong relationships with schools, SEN provisions, and education professionalsSourcing and placing high–quality candidates in temporary and permanent SEN rolesWriting job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviewsMeeting performance targets and ensuring excellent service delivery What We re Looking For

Proven experience in education or specialist recruitment (SEN preferred)Confident communicator with a passion for making meaningful connectionsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDriven, proactive, and resilient with a results–focused attitudeA full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to travel between sites What s in it for You?
