Now, due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Audio Visual Recruitment Team - one of our most successful and long-established divisions. This is a rare chance to take over a live desk with an active client base in a niche market where Prospero has been a top performer for more than 20 years.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Audio Visual team, you will be given the tools, training, and autonomy to excel. We will work with you to build a personal development plan tailored to your career goals, ensuring your success and growth within the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

Identifying and engaging with both new and existing clients

Building strong relationships through client visits and understanding their needs

Advertising vacancies on job boards, social media, and the Prospero website

Filling supply and contract vacancies efficiently and effectively

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A proven track record in recruitment or sales

An understanding of the recruitment industry

The ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
