Hooray are delighted to be partnering with a long standing client in the education sector to manage the recruitment for a HR Manager to join their team on a full–time permanent basis.

As a HR Manager, you will:

Lead and develop a high–performing HR team to deliver an exceptional people service Building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders to embed great people practices Overseeing employee relations, including complex casework and hearings Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment standards (KCSIE) Driving improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce engagement Developing people policies, toolkits, and training to support leadership capability Using data and insights to inform strategic decision–making and planning

To be successful as a HR Manager, you will:

Hold a CIPD Level 5 as a minimum (Level 7 would be advantageous) Have strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding practices A track record in delivering service improvements and managing complex ER cases Experience in the education sector would be advantageous however, not essential An understanding of KCSIE and Safer Recruitment practices

In return, we are offering a salary of up to 45,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full time, permanent position!
