These boards are 70mm thick. Ideal for garden terracing, flower/vegetable beds, steps, edging, shed bases or similar outdoor building projects.
Pitch Pine is a variety of Pine with a close grain, high resin content giving it very good water and insect resistant properties. Extensively used in the past for boatbuilding, waterside construction and commercial building construction.
These boards were reclaimed from a barge and were additionally protected with a layer of pitch.
The boards are 7meters long and in two widths 24cm and 34cm. They can be cut shorter and length wise subject to quantity.
