**Job Specification: Part-Time Nanny for a Football Family**

**Location:** Cheshire

**Position:** Part-Time Nanny

**Job Type:** Flexible, Part-Time

**Hours:** Approximately 10 hours per week (two afternoons) plus occasional babysitting

**Salary:** £25 per hour

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic part-time nanny to care for our baby in a dynamic football family environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants and a passion for engaging children in a fun, active, and nurturing atmosphere. Flexibility is essential, as the role may also involve occasional babysitting, potential overnight care, and travel, especially during football season.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide attentive and loving care for our baby during scheduled hours

- Engage the baby in age-appropriate play and activities, potentially incorporating sports themes and activities

- Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times

- Prepare and serve snacks or meals as needed, considering any dietary preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized play area and sleeping space

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s activities and needs

- Be available for occasional babysitting, typically once every week or two

- Potentially assist with overnight care and travel on occasion, especially for football-related events

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience caring for infants and young children

- Checkable references from previous employers

- Ability to create a nurturing and safe environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate changing needs, especially during football seasons

- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
