I’ve always struggled with my daughter and her emotions. We had countless meltdowns every day and I really struggled to cope. I rang the doctors, tried to get help from school and social workers No one wanted to help or they put us at the bottom of the list and had year long waiting lists. I thought I’d go insane before I got help but then I found Jodie. I honestly can’t think of the words to describe her and the help we have received from her! she does the most amazing work, no judgement and makes you feel so comfortable! She is one in a million!!! Not only has she helped my daughter to understand her emotions and ways to deal with them she’s helped me too and I will be forever grateful! We've still got some things to work on but she’s given us both the confidence to be able to tackle those big emotions, communicate in a healthy way and just be happy!!
