Hi, I'm Nikki, I am a person centred counsellor. When looking for a counsellor I feel it is important for your journey that your sessions to be all about you and your needs and this is what I offer.

Everyone has their struggles from time to time and what took me down the path of becoming a counsellor was my desire to help those in need to overcome their own personal obstacles.

I can offer you a safe, confidential non-judgemental space for you to talk through your personal issues and struggles, while I don't have a magic wand, what I can do is be with you on your journey to help you reconnect with who you really are and help you to feel more in control of your life and be your ideal self.

I will be honest and open with you as I feel this has always worked better for my clients and we have achieved positive outcomes because of this approach.

You are welcome to contact me and we can arrange a free initial telephone consultation.

Person centred counselling is all about you and for this reason I offer a variety of ways to assess your counselling session. This can either be face to face, online via video link, telephone, walk and talk therapy or home visits. This will be either long or short term depending on your needs.
I charge £55 per session (a discount can be given to students or people on low income)

I would highly recommend harmony counselling to anyone who may be interested, Nicole is brilliant and has help me in many ways as she is always very patient and understanding also she’s a lovely person 10/10

Honestly so glad I decided to see Nikki, my mental health has never been better and she really helped me realise the deep route of my issues, it was such a quick turn around for me which I was really impressed with. Highly recommend any one to see her

I reached out to Nikki when I encountered an unpleasant event in my life and I am very fortunate for having her as my counsellor. Her insights helped me see things in a positive light which really helped me overcome my grief. Coming from a completely different culture from outside the UK I really appreciate her open mindedness which made me comfortable when sharing my thoughts, even when I struggled to speak in a coherent manner because of my background. Thank you for making me feel heard when I needed it. I am now in a much better state thanks to her help.

I would highly recommend Harmony. I had sessions with Nichola, and she was absolutely brilliant. She helped me through all my issues and really made me see a different perspective. I was feeling slightly uneasy before I went in about talking to someone about personal things that I’d never met before.. but Nichola really made me feel comfortable and within 5 minutes I felt absolutely fine and content with talking. Massive thank you to Nichola for everything you did!

I was in a confusing relationship situation having difficulties understanding the needs and complications with my neuro diverse stepson. Nikki helped me to better understand what I had been missing and therefore helped guide me forward as a part of this family. Nikki has helped enormously.
