Are you ready to face up to your challenges? We all need support sometimes. For more than a decade I’ve served and helped people through mentoring, coaching and counselling specialising in the following areas:
- Improving self-confidence
- Overcoming stress, depression and anxieties
- Leading a happy and fulfilled life with a clear life direction
- Building deep relationships
- Couple and marriage counselling
- Becoming a better parent
- Getting a more fulfilling job and radical career changes (including starting a business)
Mentoring helped me massively to understand how to lead a meaningful life, it transformed my relationship with my wife and I learned - and still learn - how to become a better father to my daughter which is a constant challenge every day. My main focus is on helping individuals to overcome difficult life situations, couples with relationship counselling and parents to improve their parenting. I am also very passionate about continuing my own personal development and my values are based on the Christian faith.
My rates are between £50-£75 per session depending on your circumstances. I always try to be flexible with rates where there is a genuine need and a percentage of my income is invested into pro-bono work with vulnerable people who can't afford counselling. I’m doing this work because I know from my own experience how hard it can be to deal with life challenges on our own and how much of a difference someone’s support and care can make.
