Description
I am an integrative psychotherapist / counsellor who is qualified in person centred, cognitive, psychodynamic and existential approaches. I am also in the process of qualifying as a CBT therapist and a Life coach.
I have worked with clients through loss and bereavement, grief - primary and secondary, self confidence, self esteem, behavioural change, understanding or changing unhelpful thoughts, shift in self trust etc.
As a BACP registered therapist I also seek supervision in my work to keep in line with our ethical guidelines. This means that I make sure I have the guidance to give my clients support to the best I can.
I am qualified to work with clients aged 16+ and could only offer REMOTE SESSIONS at the moment.
