Description
Therapy is a gift to yourself. It's a space every week to explore your inner world and to help you live more spontaneously, less held back by what came before, and less afraid of what's to come.
I help my clients with whatever they bring. This has included stress and burnout, addiction, and bereavement. I also work with the LGBT+ community, and activists.
