Looking for a place to rent in london, ideally north or east london but open to anywhere for the right space
A self- contained /semi-self-contained space i.e
Garden annexe/ garage conversion/ cabin/ static motorhome/ studio/ bedsit / loft conversion /“man cave”/ basement conversion
Also happy to stay in empty or derelict commercial spaces
Live/work artist studios/ workshops etc
Can pay in cash monthly
Currently employed as van driver and touring musician so have regular work/ income.
