A lovely, respectful student is urgently looking for a room to rent due to unforeseen circumstances – the landlady is putting the property up for sale, and he has been asked to vacate.
🔹 Location: Ideally near train stations or bus routes with good train links to London
(Guildford and surrounding towns welcome – open to all areas with reliable transport connections)
🔹 Budget: £450–£600 per month
🔹 Move-in date: Preferably end of August, but can move anytime after the 15th of August
🔹 Tenancy: Long-term preferred
🔹 Who he is: Quiet, tidy, polite and trustworthy – a great tenant!
