WONT PAY DEPOSIT BEFORE VIEWING

- I am a 27 year old female, polite, quiet and have slight OCD so very clean 
- I would be paying through DHSS until I get a job BUT; 
I can provide references, 2 guarantors, have savings, pass credit checks, pay deposit and 1 months rent upfront. (Can pay more upfront)
- I am looking for a long-term 1 bedroom self contained apartment to rent, minimum 1 year. In Manchester area, preferably CHORLTON, DIDSBURY, HULME OR CHEADLE. But doesn’t have to be
-would love semi detached/house - flat is fine

- Guarantors are a solicitor firm owner and family who owns a production company. 
- Can provide Evidence needed 
- maximum rent £850

I can move in as soon as possible. 

P.s I posted the picture to show this ad is real but hid my face for privacy reasons.

I have tried all agency websites but as soon as I say DHSS I don’t get accepted even though I know I’d pay rent on time, I am more financially responsible than most and I take care of my place, so I’m trying private instead.
