Description
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read.
Firstly, I’m painfully aware of how early I’m posting this! It’s just on the off chance you may have, or know of something coming up around the time we’re looking.
We are a married couple in our late 30s searching for a new home to rent in the Bangor, Conlig or Groomsport areas.
Our Ideal place would be unfurnished, min 2 bedrooms (preferably 3), not open plan, space for parking, have an enclosed garden.
Whilst we are looking around these areas, the more remote the better!
We’ve been renting privately for 15 years and have excellent references available upon request, including employment references.
We are hoping to move in in January with our deposit and rent ready to go. We are hoping for a long term rent and hope for more than a 12 month contract if possible.
We have no set budget, but we are seeking a fair and reasonable rent - absolute maximum of £1100 per month.
If you have a property that suits or would like to know more about us, please feel free to get in touch. We look forward to finding our perfect new home!
Thank you! See less
