Flat wanted in Greater Glasgow up to £750 can pay 6 months in advance

I am a single woman in my 30s, mature reliable with good references and a good credit check.
I am in need to move out of a small studio and into a 1 bedroom flat.

I am flexible and would consider all locations in Greater Glasgow and I could pay up to £750 (depending on location).

I would like to find somebody who would not mind accepting a tenant who partially pays with disability benefits.
In return you will get a great tenant who always pays rent on time, has great respect for other people's property and has a quiet lifestyle.
My basic income is guaranteed and I am happy to discuss this further, but I would be equally happy to pay up to 6 months rent in advance if that was another suitable arrangement.
I also have a part time job for a disability charity and can get excellent references from my current landlord.

I am happy to move any time but if you had a suitable property that will come to the market in the next few months, I would still be interested and I could wait for it.
