Dundee to Manchester home swap OR Landlords who’ll accept DSS rent payments & 2 cats

I currently live in Manchester but I am wanting to move back to Dundee permanently where I will have the support of family for some of my medical needs.
I’m a self-employed work from home artist with 2 cats as emotional support animals.
I live in a 2 bedroom semi detached with a large back garden and patio, the house has a full bathroom upstairs and a shower/wet room downstairs
My current housing association is Great Places, who provide properties to vulnerable adults with medical conditions. One of my options for moving is a home swap via cross communication with local councils and housing associations, however I don’t know anybody in Dundee who is looking for the same so I’m hoping this Ad will find someone in a similar position. If anyone in Dundee wanting to relocate to Manchester that rents from a housing association or local council is interested, we’d just need to get our housing officers in touch with one another, at which point I’d need to give them a 1 month notice before moving.

I’m currently on the waiting list for Dundee Council Housing so I will be constantly checking available properties there.

Alternatively, If I were able to find a Landlord, or anyone on the property ladder who rents independently, who is willing to accept DSS payments for rent and allow for 2 cats, I am able to pay a deposit and first month rent to secure a property, but I’m currently on Universal Credit here in England and will be continuing on Universal Credit in Dundee until I’ve established myself. I have an Uncle in Dundee who would be able to act as proxy for any offers/viewings.

I’m hoping to find a 2 bedroom property with a garden, or ground floor garden access.

I’ve been looking through online agencies but have not been having luck due to the cats and DSS.

I’ll be continuing as I have been through my housing association and Dundee Council but I wanted to try putting an Ad up in the hopes I could get some quicker results.
