Description
We are urgently looking for a house to rent with 3 or 4 bedrooms in Paignton area. We are a family of five – 2 adults and 3 children. Both of us are working. We have excellent references and take good care of both the house and the garden. We have never been late with any payment. The only reason we need to move is that our landlord has decided to sell the house we have been renting for the past 9 years. Our budget is up to £1200 pcm. We would be happy to meet, show how we live, and demonstrate the condition in which we maintain the house – this can provide additional reassurance and peace of mind for any potential landlord.
