1 Or 2 Bed - Exmouth

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat in Exmouth preferably.
My landlady let my previous Section 21 Notice expire and has now issued me with a new one. 😔
I'm currently working full time as an HGV Night driver. I'm like one of the 7 Dwarfs. I work all night and I sleep all day. 😂😂
I can afford around the £800-850pcm mark, maybe slightly more for the right place, so if anybody knows of anything, please can you message me?
I would prefer a private landlord if possible.
I am already looking on the usual places i.e Zoopla, On The Market etc. and I'm also working with an EDDC Housing Officer to try and help find somewhere but I'm not having any joy.😔😔
Every property coming on the letting apps/websites are getting LOADS of enquiries and even trying to secure a viewing is difficult. Sometimes there is not even a response from the letting agent.
Please tell me there is someone out there that can help as it's getting close to finding myself homeless.
There is a possibility I can offer up to 6 months rent in advance if this would help.
